Century Sankhya is a planned community of villa-ready plots spread over 150 acres in Chikkajala, North Bangalore. It offers 486 neatly arranged plots ranging from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet. Century Sankhya is made up of plots, not ready-built homes. So, there isn’t rental data specific to it yet. But we can look at nearby areas—like Whitefield, where a nice 3 BHK flat in a gated society can be rented for around ₹95,000 per month. This is to show that good-quality homes in developed parts of Bangalore can be quite pricey to rent. Since Century Sankhya is outside the centre but still well-connected, rent there may be lower, but it will depend on when homes are built.
