The township is in Yelahanka, in the north of the city. The area is quiet, has big roads, and gives a good mix of greenery and city comforts. It is near Doddaballapur Main Road, so getting to other parts of the city is simple. The airport is just 20–25 minutes away, which is very convenient for people who travel often.

Nearby, you’ll find well-known schools like Vidyashilp Academy and Canadian International School, both within a 10–15 minute drive. For daily shopping, RMZ Galleria Mall is just 15 minutes away, and there are supermarkets and local markets even closer. When they first launched, each 4-BHK villa was priced starting at around ₹2.9 cr for a built-up area of about 3,350 sq. ft on plots of around 2,400 sq. ft. By early 2025, real estate listings showed that homes in the wider Century Wintersun project area were being offered at prices between ₹1.68 crores and ₹3.83 crores, depending on the size and type of villa or plot. Another builder listing mentioned that 4-BHK villas were starting at around ₹3.00 to ₹3.20 cr for sizes near 3,000–3,200 sq. ft.

Even though Ferié Villas sold out quickly, resale listings are still rare. One resale ad showed a 4-BHK villa at Century Wintersun priced around ₹3.10 cr, and a larger 4-BHK (4,500 sq. ft) was priced around ₹5.5 cr.

However, in nearby neighbourhoods like Rajanukunte, you might find similar gated-community villas renting for about ₹38,000 per month for around 2,700 sq. ft of space. This suggests that once Ferié Villas or nearby homes become available for rent, prices could be in that general range, though quality and amenities could raise the rent higher.

You get a 20,000 sq. ft. clubhouse loaded with amenities—there’s a pool, gym, spa with steam and sauna, badminton and squash courts, billiards, a restaurant, and lovely banquet halls.
