Century OneWorld Seraya plot prices start from Rs. 1.88 Crores for a 1200 sq ft plot and range up to Rs. 3 Crores for a plot of 2400 sq ft in Phase 1. The Phase 2 apartment price starts at Rs. 84 Lakhs for 1BHK and goes up to Rs. 1.98 Crores for a 3BHK.
